The park was celebrating its 20 years since the opening. I'm referring to Walt Disney's Studio Park, the second theme park, which opened in 1992.
We took all-out joy in the park since it was our last day in France... :(
This park is dedicated to Disney Animations and themed after shows and movies, as well as behind-the-scenes tours. So, it's less thrilling than the Disneyland park. But hey! No matter what, we should spend as much time as possible...
Less crowded than Disneyland Park

We actually planned to visit La Vallee Village Outlet. But then we had to put the idea on the shelf, as we were too tired after two days of thrilling activities. So we laid low in that evening that lasts longer in the summer.
The next morning after breakfast at Le Marché Gourmand Restaurant, we boarded the hotel's shuttle bus to arrive to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Station. The TGV Interconnection train took around 10 minutes to arrive at Charles de Gaulle (CDG) International Airport. It's about 3 hours before our flight takes off at noon. So, that's it for now and it wraps up our trip to France and Belgium.
I will follow Zarin's example from his wrapping-up post and do the same for my record. This post will be updated from time to time. Most of the trips may have a specific write-up, and you can click on the travel month. Here is the world travel map, courtesy of TripAdvisor. Here are some statistics: The total number of countries visited is 25 out of 195. [Last updated: September 2025]
Our trip to Malé, Maldives, was a mix of excitement and relaxation. From smooth flights to scenic speedboat rides, we had a wonderful time exploring Maafushi Island. This journey gave us peaceful sunsets, tasty meals, and the chance to soak up the beauty of this tropical paradise. We started our journey early in the morning at Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Our flight was scheduled for 10:20 am with Batik Air, flight number OD 293. The check-in process was smooth, and we were ready for the adventure ahead. The flight took 4 hours and 25 minutes, crossing over the stunning Indian Ocean. We landed at Velana International Airport (MLE), Male, around 1 pm local time. The view from the plane as we approached Male was breathtaking—clear blue waters and tiny islands dotting the ocean. After landing in Male, we headed to counter 13 for the Kaani Speed Boat service. It’s an efficient way to get from Male to nearby islands like Maafushi. We boarded at around 2 pm for ...
Welcome to our family's exciting journey through Perth, Western Australia! Join us as we uncover the hidden gems and must-see attractions of this vibrant city. Perth is also a great base for exploring other parts of Western Australia, such as Margaret River, a region known for its wine production and surfing. Fremantle, a historic port town with a bohemian vibe, and Pinnacles Desert, a surreal landscape of limestone pillars that rise from the sand. These were among the places we visited while in Perth. We were flying into Perth Airport with AirAsia in the morning, of course with a 'slight' delay. Immediately after passing the passport verification counter, we were checked by immigration. Unfortunately, some of our food items were confiscated, allegedly in violation of the rules... :-( Without delay, we went straight to the rental car counter located outside the building. The process of picking up a car is very easy and smooth. Since it was almost dark, we headed straight ...
