Fraser Hill Weekend Trip. A quick one...

Stop over at Sungai Selangor dam.
We succeeded in booking the Rumah Peranginan Perseketuan months earlier using the new system. It was quite troublesome, as my wife needed to make the payment at Putrajaya as opposed to using the old online payment system. Anyway, the bungalow is really big, coming with all the necessities. Let me share our short retreat away from the bustling city on November 27-29. It was a short 2-hour drive, but really challenging when we went uphill. The small and winding road made my drive difficult.

The bungalow
It was foggy in the evening

We got up late on the Saturday morning and had our own breakfast in the room. It was sunny that day and I didn't plan earlier for any activities or whatsoever, so I just did my Google search looking for attractions and things that we can do. We bump into the tourist information center that was about 2.5 km from our stay. A small town with several public amenities and a nearby hotel makes this town alive.

The police station was built in 1919.
The main landmark
On the left is Selangor, and Pahang on the right

Nice and peaceful town

Our horse riding activities at the Paddock and several water activities at the Allan's.

Not so many horses in the stable.

It was 15-minute water bicycle ride
The water ball

Later in the afternoon, we planned to have a picnic at Jeriau Waterfall; however, due to the rainy season, all the waterfalls and trails were closed for public safety. There is actually plenty of jungle trails suit to every level of difficulties, where you can get the information at the tourist center.

The mini golf activities

That's all folks for now. Wait for our next trip in a couple of days...
