Eastern Australia Trip. Day 11 : Brisbane

The curtain's is closing!

We were in the final day of the eastern Australia trip, how times flies. Twelve days spent would certainly not enough! Our inbound flight backed home scheduled at 9-ish in the evening, from the Gold Coast airport.

The Chemist Warehouse store is the best place to get varieties of fragrance. I got some from Windsor branch after check-out from the Terrace on Gregory apartment.

Then, we decided to go back to South Bank Parkland. We visited the Queensland Museum that mostly exhibits cultural and natural heritage of Queensland. You can judges from the pictures below...

The free admission museum also held permanent science-related exhibition called SparkLab. A minimal fee required for that.

Does this exist?
This creature called siderops kehli

So... can you guess?
A family of Macropodidae and Potoroidae
Some of the pictures from the SparkLab.

We leaved the museum before noon for Gold Coast. Bye-bye Brisbane........

Heading to the Gold Coast airport, we stopped at Harbour Town Outlet for lunch. And Nu'man managed to get a Smiggle's school beg. After re-fueling our rented car, we arrived at the airport 5-hours early. Nu'man and his mom meandering the airport looking for souvenir and I just sat back, and giggling while browsing through pictures that we took. Ok folks, that's all I have for our journey to the eastern Australia. Hope we will able to travel to other country in the near future, Insha Allah...

Till we travel again... :P

Journey Review

Thinking of the same idea as what Zarin did in his wrapping up post, I'll do the same for the sake of my own record.  This post will be updated from time to time. Some of the trip may have a  specific write-up  and you may click on the travelling month. Here is the world travel map, courtesy of TripAdvisor. A bit of Statistics: Total countries visited = 22/195 [Last updated : September 2023] Our Travel Map. [Courtesy of TripAdvisor. According to them, we only covered 13% of the Earth at the moment :P .... still long way to go and we didn't show USA map as to when we will be there]

Singapore Trip: A lion-city escapade

Watch out! It is a zika-free :P trip to the city of light that we had on the 2nd mid-term school holiday, apart from the 'balik kampung' to Ipoh and JB on both week end. My wife managed to secure a stay for 2 nights at the 'Rumah Peranginan Persekutuan' where it supposed to be a big family trip with my siblings.  It was a big vacation house, which I believe can cater at least 15-20 people. For some reasons, they had to turn it down. Note: Pictures taken are not in the best quality as I'm still get my hands on the new DSLR camera.. wink.. wink..

Shopping sakan di Langkawi

Kenangan bersama mak... Bulan januari yang lepas, rombongan keluarga Perak buat trip ke Melaka. Sekarang giliran keluarga Johor pulak pegi berjalan.. errr bershopping sakan di Langkawi. Kalau nak diikutkan, gambar tengah syiok bershopping lagi banyak.
