Eastern Australia Trip. Day 8 : Moreton Islands

It would rather be a short stay in Moreton Island, considering a lot of things you can do. From snorkeling around the dramatic shipwrecks to sand tobogganing in the desert.

We were only enticed by the dolphin feeding program; other than that, we had the desert experience last year. We had to depart for Brisbane at 1.30-ish. Nu'man insisted on swimming in the sea that morning, despite nonstop raining since yesterday. I just followed his wishes.

We hopped into the photo shop to check whether ours are ready to pick up. The resort provides an official professional photographer to capture that precious moment. Little did we know about Tinkerbell's dolphin family until we got our pictures. We took pictures with Betts and Calypso on the 1st encounter; Echo and Nari are next!

Only big apartments get the sea view room, but we don't need that space!

Nice meeting you, Echo and Nari!

Once we arrived at Pinkenba, we drove to Fortitude Valley and checked in at the Terrace in Gregory Apartments. It was located near the Rydges Hotel, where my wife will be presenting her paper at the 10th International Conference on Computer and Automation Engineering.

A space for three of us

So, here we in Brisbane, the last stop for our trip eastern Australia. That evening, we just stayed in our apartment while my wife prepared for conference presentation in two days' time.
