Eastern Australia Trip. Day 5 : Gold Coast

We were hoping that the weather would be nice.
Gold Coast is known for its theme park. We were contemplating whether to choose Dreamworld or Warner Bros. Movie World. Movie World. Some reviews said that the rides are bigger and bolder at Dreamworld. But then we finally decided on Movie World. Yeahh... There are other attractions like SeaWorld and Wet 'n Wild and the list goes on...

The park opens at 10 am, but we arrived early; it was 20 minutes from The Shore. The sky started to show that it would be raining soon. Anyhow, we should stay indoors in the theme park. Since I didn't make any reservations early or book online, we just joined the not-so-long ticketing counter queue.

We obtained a map of the park and, preferring to avoid the crowds, began in the farthest area. There weren't too many riders as compared to other theme parks that we've been to so far. The wait wasn't too long.

Had to skip this Justice League ride as Nu'man doesn't exceed the minimum height.
We queued for the Looney Toon's Road Runner 4D show.
Austin Power and his girls appeared on the Main Street

The park was divided into 4 main sections, as usual: the Main Street, WB Kids, DC Comic Superhero, and a 'bummer' Wild West Adventure Park. None of its rides are operational, sigh...Wild West is located at the farthest section, and when we walked back, the Hollywood Stunt Driver was just about to start. We recognized it by the roaring engine sounds coming from the speakers designed to attract passersby.

Hmmm…. I'm not familiar with the DC comic's superhero
Who has the fastest speed?
It's still early to grab lunch.
Though the coaster started a bit late, the ride was fun
It's like a ghost town; none of the attractions are operational... boooo!!!!
We took the Doomsday Destroyer rides more than twice! Don't have to queue at all
An outstanding stunt show from the Hollywood Stunt Driver
Say cheese...!
The kiddos play land... and we got entertained either!
Free soft drink refill anywhere in the park when you buy this bottle
Fish and chips, anyone?
In which series does this car appear?
A big Scoobert for him

Late afternoon, we stopped at the Islamic Society of Gold Coast in Arundel for the Asr prayer. Then, moved on to the Pacific Fair shopping center. One thing that we really loved in Australia was the milk. Almost every day we bought the cheap fresh milk. And we were so tempted with the freshness of the fruits and vegetables, especially grapes. Fragrances were also part of the things that we looked unto. We were searching high and low for Bvlgari Coral, as my cousin requested. The next day was more relaxing; we went for outlet shopping.

The Asr time at 4.15pm

An open-air garden in the center of the complex
Among the brands in the Pacific Fair
Saved this shop for the outlet bargains
